Clinton Rice has been teaching courses for The Penn State Northern Tier Center for six and a half years.  He has brought to you all of the TICKET courses and has branched out in recent years to offer courses in the Masters of Education program offered right here in Bradford County.  He holds two degrees from Cedarville University; a B.A. in Mathematics with an emphasis in Secondary Education and a B.A. in Elementary Education with an emphasis in Mathematics.  Clinton also holds a M.Ed. from Wright State University with a specialty in Educational Technology.  Currently he lives in Towanda, PA with his wife and four daughters.
